What kind of file am I purchasing?

You will receive a JPG image of your desired design instantly after your purchase. A working PSD, AI, TIFF or large format scan file will be sent within a 24 hour period.

When will I receive my working file?

Upon purchase your working file will be sent to you within 24 hour period by a stylecouncil sales representative.

What if I want to invoice my payment or speak to a live sales representative?  

Sales agents are available via email during normal business hours (9-6 EST) to answer any questions or concerns before, during and after your visit to shopstylecouncil.com. If you would prefer to use an invoice payment method please contact your preferred sales representative or creativeservices@stylecouncil.com with the number(s) of the print(s) you would like to purchase and billing information for you your invoice.

What if I want the printed design sent to me?

If you would like the original artwork shipped to you we will need your FedEx or ups number. Shipping is not included in the purchase of the original artwork.

Does the design come in repeat or is it color separated?

The artwork does not necessarily come in repeat nor is it always color separated. The working file for each design comes in separated layers. Certain designs may be in repeat or have indexed colors but this varies from artist to artist. Some of our designs are hand painted and only come with a high resolution scan. These designs are all labeled. If you have any questions about a particular file before you purchase it you may contact us at creativeservices@stylecouncil.com and we will try our best to answer all of your questions.

What if I need my file to be put in repeat, re-colored or indexed?

We also offer a variety of CAD SERVICES at an additional cost including putting prints into repeat, indexing, re-coloring files, and redesigning prints. Request a quote by email at creativeservices@stylecouncil.com

What if I have a problem with my file after receiving it?

At stylecouncil customer satisfaction is our main goal. If you have any issues with your file please don’t hesitate to contact your sales representative and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

What is the best way to navigate through the store?

Shopstylecouncil.com was designed to be as shopable as possible. We have many different methods you can use to get inspired and find the right print for you!

Our ‘Current Collection’ tab contains all of our newest women’s designs sorted into our favorite trends for the current season. This is a great spot to start if you don’t really know what you are looking for but want to see what we are feeling for the season.

We also have tabs for our previous season and past collection as well as specific market collections such as SC Active, our T-shop and Kids designs that you can explore by specific categories.  Another way to navigate through the website is by using our advanced search bar and tagging system. What if I really like a specific designers style and want to see more designs by them?

You can also search our site by designer! If you see a print you like and want to know what else was designed by that specific artist all you have to do is enter their initials (the letters in front of the print number) into the search bar to see other work they have in our collection.
